"My deposit for 3 nights for Ojai is in! I'm looking forward to it!  The Oasis retreat in July, at Valley Center, was such a great experience!  Healthful, educational, motivating, and enlightening. The three ladies who put this together each bring their own unique experience and skills to the activities they plan. The lectures on kindness and healthy eating were good reminders for better self care. The crafts brought out my creative side and gave me a chance to visit with some lovely ladies. Twice daily yoga practice kept me strong and often had an inspiring message. The schedule for the weekend offered just the right balance of  structured time and free time so I could hike and swim at my leisure. I'm grateful to the leaders who worked so hard and know how to incorporate the right balance of body, soul, and holy spirit into a restful and fun weekend. I know their next Oasis Yoga Retreat will be even better. I'm in!"
